  • Invisalign

Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners to apply a constant yet gentle pressure that moves your teeth into proper alignment. Invisalign is made of clear plastic that fits precisely over your teeth. The aligners are nearly invisible, allowing you to smile with confidence. Your aligners need to be worn at least 22 hours a day, but they can be easily removed while eating and brushing your teeth. Unlike braces, Invisalign makes it easy to keep your aligners and your teeth clean throughout treatment. Invisalign is just as effective as braces in treating mild to moderate orthodontic issues. In some cases, Invisalign can treat the misalignment faster than braces. However, braces may be necessary for more severe orthodontic issues.

  • Veneers

Each porcelain veneer is custom-made to look and feel just like your natural teeth. Our cosmetic dentist designs the prosthetics to match the color of your enamel, so they blend seamlessly into your smile. While placing dental veneers can take more than one appointment, the treatment timeline is not nearly as long as other dental treatments. There is no recovery period after they are secured in place, allowing you to enjoy the results immediately. Having a beautiful, friendly smile can result in an overall more positive outlook on life. People experience an array of benefits in their personal and professional lives when they feel good about smiling for pictures, public speaking, and laughing freely.

This allows you to give detailed feedback beforehand. • Dental Bonding

Dental bonding is a cosmetic dentistry treatment used to improve the appearance of your smile. It uses a tooth-colored composite resin to cover dental damage or other imperfections such as chips, discoloration, tooth shape, or cracks. Following the application and shaping, your dentist will cure the resin with a UV light to secure the bonding material firmly in place. Bonding at our Philadelphia-area practice offers a fast, affordable route to a better smile. Good news: dental bonding brings little to no discomfort. Treatment is a quick, easy process. However, if you feel anxiety about your procedure, talk to your dentist. From answering questions to discussing your concerns, Dr. Wilderman wants to help. He understands that any dental appointment can cause worry — and he will work hard to truly earn your trust.

  • Emergency Dentist

Common dental emergencies include but are not limited to unbearable tooth pain, an accident resulting in trauma such as a knocked-out tooth or broken teeth, a chipped or cracked tooth, and oral infections. In general, if you are experiencing oral pain, you may have an emergency. It is important to know when an emergency requires dental attention and when it has the potential to be life-threatening. If your injury is severe, the dentist can wait. Seek immediate medical attention at the nearest emergency room by dialing 911. Your life far outweighs dental concerns in this context.
