    Meet Dina

“When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”-John Lennon In everything Dina has explored in her life, she has always really enjoyed human connection. Being passionate about fitness and nutrition were a huge piece of that connection. Believing that when people find an exercise that they “stick” with, it makes a big difference. Pilates made a difference in her life, realizing the impact she could make on others it seemed like the natural next step. Dina completed her 500 hour Comprehensive Certification from Club Pilates Teacher Training. She has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years, through videos, books and local studios. She also has 100 hours of Yoga training. She graduated from University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in Photography, and taught there as well. She has photographed weddings for over 20 years and still works as a Freelance Photographer. Dina loves to spend time with her husband, 2 growing boys, dog & cat and goes on hikes in Valley Forge Park.

  • Allison Cossick

    Meet Allison

In my early life; I had bounced back and forth between Pilates and Yoga, but my connection with Pilates always felt more rewarding. I had been to numerous facilities over the years, mostly large classes and often practiced on my own. When I finally decided to settle and start a family (a singleton and twins brought my body to its knees), I decided to invest in myself and pay for Pilates sessions knowing that I wouldn’t commit unless I was paying. After months of small group Pilates sessions I started taking privates and duets. No one had ever taught Pilates to me with the care and passion that my instructor gave. We became fast friends as she helped me grow in my practice and attain a level of pain free mobility in my lumbar spine which I feared I’d never gain. She encouraged me to get certified through Club Pilates to become an instructor (and she continues to remind me to stay out of my neck and drop my shoulders). I truly believe I am where I am meant to be and I’m so very grateful. Spending my time with members “geeking out” over Pilates is an achievement and a privilege that I will cherish till the end of my days.

    Meet Suzanne

Suzie is a devoted mother of three boys and wife to her husband. Until recently, Suzie and her family moved frequently with her husband’s military career. She has always been inspired to serve others and this experience offered her a unique opportunity to provide support and care for the families and spouses of deployed service members. Finally calling Doylestown home, with no future moves on the horizon, Suzie took advantage of an opportunity to pursue her own career. Having always enjoyed fitness, Pilates presented an opportunity to fulfill both her love of fitness and her passion for serving others. Early in 2019, she embarked on obtaining her instructor certification. Since then, she has fallen in love with the technique and approach Pilates embraces. She finds great joy and satisfaction in helping people pursue their goals, and is gratified to be a part of positive changes in their lives. She sees the Pilates technique as an opportunity to help serve others, and finds daily inspiration in learning, growing and cultivating this technique in order to maintain a special imprint on those pursuing the practice of Pilates. She is grateful for every person in her class, and hopes they leave feeling respected, well served, and feeling better about their day than when they walked in.
